New Experiences 2009

- This year, tickets of the Arad Fort events will be sold as seated tickets with assigned seat numbers, it is therefore advised to confirm with the seating plan at the sales points while purchasing tickets. Ticket holders will only be allowed
to sit on their specific ticket seat number.

- Dan Zanes concert at Arad Fort will be a children’s concert. Tickets will be required for children of all ages and all accompanying adults. All children under the age of 12 should be accompanied by adults for safety reasons.

- Ticket holders with special needs should make prior arrangements for their seating through the SOC hotline.

- There will be an assigned area for special needs ticket holders separate from accompanying ticket holders.

- Not all events at the Culture Hall are free of charge.

- Kindly check the key on the Culture Hall events.

- Attendees without tickets will not be allowed to enter the venue for ticketed events.

* Tickets for Cookin’ Nanta Theatre and Dan Zanes concert will be selling as of Monday the 9th of March at 5 pm at City Centre and Al Osra in Sar.

So That Everyone Has A Good Time

- Attendance would be greatly appreciated 45 minutes prior to all performances.

- Admission is not guaranteed to ticket holders arriving late.

- Ticket holders are kindly requested not to leave the performances before the end, this is out of courtesy and respect to the performers.

- Doors will only reopen at the end of the performances except in the case of an emergency.

- Ticket holders are requested to be seated according to their ticket category and seat number.

- Tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable and all ticket holders must have a ticket.

- Ticket holders consent to the recording and filming of themselves as members of the audience.

- The organizers of the event reserve the rights to change the announced programme.

- Mobile phones, pagers and watches must be silenced prior to entering the venue.

- Children under the age of eight years old cannot be admitted except for family events.

- No glasses, bottles, food, cameras or camcorders are permitted inside the venue.

- Smoking is not permitted in the venue.

- Due to an unexpected drop in temperatures in the evenings at Arad Fort, ticket holders are advised to be prepared by dressing warmly.
